A pre-season drinking challenge is all the rage among Wales amateur clubs, but some players have found the new trend a slippery slope to navigate.
Llanelli Wanderers first uploaded a clip on social media of team members going head to head in a drinking showdown, otherwise known as a ‘boat race’, but first taking a slip-and-slide down to a table full of beers.

The video went viral and other clubs began joining in but the men from Blaina RFC didn’t quite get it right, with one of them launching himself down the track before crashing into the table of pints.
