There was some mutual hair pulling between Jonny Hill and Darcy Swain which the referee went to the screen to check the potential foul play.
It became clear that Hill was first to pull the hair before Swain went in with a headbutt.
England’s Hill was sent to the sin bin and Australia’s Swain SENT OFF.
However, the referee controversially missed a nasty double palm to face of the Wallabies lock from Hill earlier in the game.
